MADRA meetings

Dear MADRA members,
 
The MADRA committee was thrilled with the participation last night of more than 40 community members who braved the cold, rainy weather and came along to our community meeting. A positive and rewarding conversation was held, and we feel very encouraged by the discussion about what MADRA does and how we do it and – more importantly – the need for MADRA to continue. We'd welcome any feedback or comments from those who attended.
 
We invite you to attend our AGM, which will be held on August 16th. All members will receive details and formal notification of the meeting within the next couple of weeks. We also encourage you to think about whether you, or any members who are in your social circles or networks, might be able to help out with the continuation of MADRA's work by nominating for the committee. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to find out more about MADRA and how the committee operates.

Invitation to next MADRA committee meeting   

MADRA members are invited to attend our next committee meeting, which will be held at 6.00pm on Tuesday 19 July at the Community Clubrooms. This may help you get a feel for how the committee operates and will give you the chance to ask any questions you might have. You will need to RSVP for this by 2.00pm on Tuesday (so that we will know how many people to set up for). Please RSVP by either replying to this email, sending a separate email to madra.3892@gmall.com, or letting one of our committee members know that you would like to attend.
